Grind Construction Services provides construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid package preparation, and preconstruction support services to contractors and construction industry professionals.

- Respect intellectual property rights in all materials we provide
Intellectual Property
All estimates, takeoffs, bid packages, and other deliverables created by Grind Construction Services remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were created.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our work product to third parties
- Use our deliverables as templates for other projects without permission
- Claim our work as your own
Estimates and Accuracy
Our estimates and takeoffs are based on the information provided to us, including plans, specifications, and project documents. While we exercise professional care and judgment, we cannot guarantee:
- Absolute accuracy of quantities or pricing
- That our estimates will match final project costs
- That unforeseen conditions will not affect actual costs
You are responsible for:
- Verifying all quantities and pricing before submitting bids
- Conducting your own due diligence on project conditions
- Making final decisions on bid pricing and strategy
Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
- Services may be suspended for accounts with outstanding balances
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your project information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grind Construction Services shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your use of our estimates or services
- Errors or omissions in third-party documents we relied upon
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grind Construction Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of our services or deliverables
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with you at any time for any reason, including:
- Non-payment
- Misuse of our services
- Violation of these Terms
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration in Orange County, New York (if mediation fails)
Governing Law
